2021 Donkey Welfare Symposium

The theme of the 9th Annual Donkey Welfare Symposium is "Donkey Nutrition and Dysnutrition" seeking insights into the health and wellbeing of donkeys and mules as they relate to nutrition best practices.  The conference will feature speakers with a wide range of expertise to highlight the implications and prevention of dysnutrition of donkeys and mules.  The conference is aimed at a mixed audience including donkey and mule enthusiasts, professionals working with donkeys and mules such as veterinarians and members of sanctuaries and rescue organizations, and also the general public who want to know more about donkeys and mules.

The Donkey Welfare Symposium is brought to you in Collaboration with Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue. Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue strives to provide solutions to the many problems that plague these wonderful creatures by providing ethical stewardship over the funds that are necessary to fulfill this goal.

Due to the global situation with COVID-19, the Symposium will be virtual live and interactive (Pacific Standard Time); it will count for full CE credit. Recording will be available for viewing after the event.
